Are you looking for a Customer Service / Logistics Admin for their leading logistics client in Mississauga. This job required strong Communication, Customer Service, Administrative, Client handling, Coordination and attention to detail skills.
- Communicate with customers on phone, email, provide status update etc.
- Entering data, information in computer software.
- Process orders, provide updates, managing freight, billing issues etc.
- Getting involved in logistics, supply chain operations, coordinating with staff
- Documentation, filing, invoicing, etc. knowledge of logistics software an asset.
- Responding to inquiries over phone, communicating through emails etc.
- Other office administrative assignments as required.
- 09.00 am – 05.30 pm
- Highway 401 and Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON
- $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
- At least 1 year of relevant experience working in Customer Service role.
- Previous experience in logistics company will be an asset.
- Strong attention to details, numerical skills
- Fluent in English.
- Strong Computer skills including MS Office Suite and good typing skills.
- Strong Communication, organizational, numerical and attention to detail skills.
