Are you looking for a Customer Service / Logistics Admin for their leading logistics client in Mississauga. This job required strong Communication, Customer Service, Administrative, Client handling, Coordination and attention to detail skills.

Specific Duties:

  • Communicate with customers on phone, email, provide status update etc.
  • Entering data, information in computer software.
  • Process orders, provide updates, managing freight, billing issues etc.
  • Getting involved in logistics, supply chain operations, coordinating with staff
  • Documentation, filing, invoicing, etc. knowledge of logistics software an asset.
  • Responding to inquiries over phone, communicating through emails etc.
  • Other office administrative assignments as required.

Schedule (Mon-Fri)

  • 09.00 am – 05.30 pm

Location

  • Highway 401 and Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON

Pay

  • $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience working in Customer Service role.
  • Previous experience in logistics company will be an asset.
  • Strong attention to details, numerical skills
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong Computer skills including MS Office Suite and good typing skills.
  • Strong Communication, organizational, numerical and attention to detail skills.
